EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 26, 2012-- Jamba, Inc. (NASDAQ:JMBA) today announced that it has rescheduled the release of its second quarter 2012 results and conference call to August 1, 2012 due to management schedules.

The release of the Company’s second quarter results and conference call were previously scheduled for Monday, August 6, 2012. The second quarter 2012 conference call and webcast will now be on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. ET. A press release with second quarter 2012 financial results will be issued shortly after the market closes on August 1, 2012.
